ATC Swap

For those of you who havent heard of these before ATC's are little works of art normally shared and collected. They measure 2 1/2" x 3 1/2 and are a great way to use new products, experiment or to use old stuff you have just "rediscovered".

I am swapping with some of my pals from last years DoCraft DT so I have made 6.

Haven't made any of these for ages but had real fun playing and I have been dying to use my Paper Artsy stamps which I bought at Stamperama earlier this year.

This idea is that we send them through the post so when I receive my stash (so excited), I will post them on here and we will do a Blog Hop.

Have a fantastic day xxx

Santoro's Gorjuss Swing Card

Being part of the DoCraft Design Team means that sometimes I am lucky enough to be published in the Creativity Magazine. It's a real thrill to see your work in print and I recommend that if you ever get the chance to have a go, go for it.

Its issue 69 and includes the details of all the 2016 Design Team.
The card was an easy swing card suitable for everyone to make. This is the front view.
and the back
and if you'd like to know how to make the card there are instructions in DoCrafts Creativity magazine no 69. xx

Looking Back - Using Ephemera

The new Google Photo App has made me realise just how many projects I have made over the last 10 years so I've pulled a few off and I will share some with a bit of background between new projects this year.

I remember doing a series of Three projects in three seperate classes. The idea was to allow people to try using different media and styles and to get them to think outside their own comfort zone. For some reason I can only find two pictures so if anyone out there has a picture of the third project please let me know.

Project One: Paper Lace

Made using a chipboard base and built up in layers, the project included watercolouring, heat embossing, stamping, punch art, and using feathers.

Project Two: Paris

Again made using chipboard boards, stamped images, ephemera, diecuts, stencils and distressing.

Difficult to photograph (I would have got much better images now) so hard to say how detailed they were but each one took three hours so a fair bit of work involved.

Thanks for taking the time to pop by xx

Mission Inspiration April

Loved making this one and got really messy in the process. Here is my interpretation of the "mission". All comments gratefully received.
First time I've had the opportunity to use the Hot Air Balloon Stamp
