Doggy Layouts

no I have not suddenly bought a dog and yes I am still cat lady, but I’ve been sorting through photos on my computer and come across these two versions of a class layouts. I think the first one was made by Margaret  and the second and third by Trish.
P1080314
P1080307
P1080309
And for those of you getting an early start on those C…….s layouts (no still not mentioning it) here is Margaret’s Winter layout to get you started.

Tomorrows Scrapbook Class

Afternoon everyone. So what’s happened to the sun then? I hate days like these because as the temperature drops I feel the need to catch up on everything I haven’t done while it has been hot. You know Ironing, housework etc. Yuk

Anyway on a happier note, if you are coming along to the Scrapbook Class tomorrow night you might want to bring your favourite set of stamps with you. (No Christmas themed stamps please). Theme – well that depends on what stamps you bring or I will bring mine along in case you want to use the same as me.

Should be a good one. See you there xxx

Flower Cards

well it was really hot yesterday even with all of the doors and windows open, so everyone did really well to make these two cards.
I’ve been wanting to make a box card ever since I saw one on Pinterest about a year ago so as it was the last card class before summer break I thought I’d give it a go.
Here are both cards

And the details
P1090320
P1090323
P1090324
And the second card

This is great as a quick birthday card and although I used a stamp for the flowers, any flower punch would also do .Don’t forget, if you are free tomorrow afternoon I have a stand at Rainham Girls School (see previous post for details) and it would be lovely to see you xx

Distressed Butterflies

Sometimes you have a really lovely glittered or embossed patterned paper but it’s the wrong colour……… So I got out the Distress inks and voila sorted all ready for last Thursdays Scrapbook Class.

Playing Catch Up

I've finally managed to clear off a few of my camera cards so at last I can take some proper photos of the most recent layouts and projects from class.
Todays Layout was made in Scrapping Your Family last Saturday.

I love these Bo Bunny papers. Just a little decoration is all they need.

Have a few more of these papers so I’m going to make a mini book for my gallery photos at some point this summer.
Enjoy the sunshine xx

Scrapping Your Family Class tomorrow

Hi Ladies

So late with this post I know but time (and a new family addition) have delayed me a bit.

To make it up here are a couple of sneak peeks so that you have some idea of colour. (photos taken on Iphone)

I have used two 4” x 6” portrait photos of me on holiday but these layouts are good for loads of different subjects including special portraits.

Really looking forward to seeing everyone. xxx

Class Update

Afternoon everyone.

Just been checking my e-mails and texts after the hols and thought I’d better warn everyone that ALL Card Classes (yes these include Christmas card Classes) are now limited.

If you would like places guaranteed at any of the classes listed on the right hand side of this page please either e-mail me at ladiesthatcraft@live.co.uk or text / leave me a message on my mobile. (Don’t forget to let your friends know as some people do not have access to the internet)

I will add more classes over the summer break as well if demand is there.

Thank you for all of your fantastic support.  Julie xx

Gotta Dance

And while we were all in class and everyone was doing their layouts I thought I’d make just one more from the papers I had left.
As most of you know, I love white space and it’s usually the simplest layouts that are the best.
