For many years I have enjoyed lots of different crafts and hobbies. For seven of these years, as a Partner in Scrapbook Sisters, I enjoyed teaching a variety of classes including Scrapbooking, Cardmaking, Stamping, Altered Art, Mini Books, and more.However. since the closure of the business in August 2012, I have been lucky enough to continue teaching for "Ladies That Craft" in Kent as well as travelling and teaching small groups all over the South East.
I have recorded four DVD's to date, all produced and published by the Art and Crafts Academy, with more planned for release in 2013/14/15.
I have a real passion for all types of craft and enjoy sharing my ideas and inspirations in class, on my Blogs and with Ladies That Craft.
I hope you will continue to share my creative adventure. xx
This is a lovely card shared by Maria in class on Tuesday. Maria made this special card for her friend. The detail is delightful Maria also shared a layout she completed in class Maria used glitter to make the layout pop. The photos do not do this layout justice.
and a layout done at home using her favourite bird stamp.
Thanks for sharing Maria. More from me tomorrow xx
At last nights class some of you shared your layouts and other projects. Today I am featuring the work of Chris Neal who has a style of her own.
I loved the sewing on this one and the use of the little birds on a wire.
Chris’ second layout was lovely too.
Chris lost the original flowers we used in class so she made some of her own.
Thank you for sharing Chris. Tomorrow I will showcase more of the lovely projects shared.
Enjoy the sunshine xx
Last year Suzanne Smart came to one of my classes along with her mum. Suzanne has just sent me a photo of her finished project and lovely it is too. This is beautiful Suzanne. I am guessing that you are using it as a sewing box. Here is a picture of the original box taught in class
I love seeing classmates take one of my layouts and completely change it and one of the best at doing this is Chris Neal. This beauty was made after class a few weeks ago. I love the way she has used the paper design to make an embellishment. Isn’t he cute? And the skyline looks amazing You can see more of Chris’ work her BLOG. Great layout Chris and thanks for sharing. x
